Smith Light Commercial 800-Y02-04 Grease Interceptor, 2" No-Hub Outlet, 8 Pounds Capacity, 4 GPM Flow Rate

Recommended for retaining, then removing fat, oil and grease from wastewater in kitchen and restaurant areas where food is prepared. The semi-automatic draw-off grease interceptor is constructed of coated corrosion-resistant fabricated steel with no-hub connections and a separate no-hub flow control; a one-piece baffle; diamond plate non-skid cover; draw-off pipe and valve; and a unique, combination cover locking/lifting device.

The semi-automatic draw-off feature permits grease removal without removing the cover.
